ARTS STAFF

Our commitment to the creative and Expressive Arts sets us aside from other SEND schools in the region, this expands to excellent facilities and resources for these subjects. As well as the highly skilled practitioners we employ. We work closley with Haringey Music Service to provide 1:1 tuition to our students. As well as using the Arts as a therputic tool through our work with Respond who support children with emotional need at the school. RYAN

Has been teaching Art for 22 years, he has an MA from the Royal College of Art. As well as teaching he is a practicing artist. Having worked in several SEN schools in London he came to Riverside in 2019 and teaches across teams 1 & 2.

RUTH

LOUISE

Louise Blair started her training at The Edinburgh Dance Centre where she completed B.B.O. major examinations in ballet, tap and jazz. She successfully auditioned to train at The Urdang Academy in Covent Garden, where she gained certificates in I.S.T.D. Modern and the National Diploma in Professional Dance and Musical Theatre.

ROBIN

Robin has worked in SEN schools for 14 years, across all catagories of need. Currently he teaches music in teams 1, 2, and 5. Outside of teaching he records and tours as a musician.

Joined Riverside after working in the artworld, She has a BFA from Rhode Island School of Art, she currently works with Teams 1-4 as the Art Assistant as well as running our drawing club.
